Rough surf and back-to-back king tides have eroded dunes over two weeks. Over the weekend, a resident's 911 call helped rescuers save two teens in Cocoa Beach. A few hours later, a Drown Zero SMART station alerted responders as two more teens were rescued in Melbourne Beach.
