- ➤ Recent offshore storms and a King Tide caused severe beach erosion at Grant Ave beach access in Satellite Beach—thousands of Sea Oats and tons of sand for dune restoration were lost while drop-offs of two to three feet formed and washed away turtle nests, exposing Sea Oats' root systems.
