A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct 7, after a week-long delay caused by Tropical Storm Imelda.

The rocket’s first stage will land on a drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean to avoid sonic booms—SpaceX also has another launch planned for Oct 8 to send Amazon’s Project Kuiper satellites into orbit.

Brevard Public Schools received a $1.45-million grant from a statewide investment to expand career and technical education programs at local high schools - including programs in cloud computing at Merritt Island High and cybersecurity at Melbourne High.
