  • Titusville police arrested convicted felon Justin Robert Pintner—43 after he robbed a 71-year-old woman at a Sunoco Gas Station on Garden Street on August 22 by taking her purse and keys during a struggle and later captured him in a wooded area at 10:53 a.m., returning the victim’s items and charging him with strong-arm robbery, attempted carjacking, battery on a senior, and grand theft.  Space Coast Daily

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • SpaceX plans to launch its Cargo Dragon spacecraft today from Cape Canaveral at 2:45 a.m. to deliver over 5,000 lbs of supplies and science experiments to the International Space Station—marking its 33rd resupply mission for NASA and beginning orbit boosts in September.  Florida Today

  • Heritage High School won 25-19 in overtime against Titusville High on Friday night with key plays building a late lead—fans cheered as the defense stopped Titusville's final push. The victory marked a strong start for Heritage's football season.  Space Coast Daily
