- ➤ Melbourne Beach Volunteer Firefighters Association announced the 4th of July Party in the Park to be held on July 4. The event will feature live music by Wolff of the Winterlings from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm & The Flutie Brothers Band from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, along with local food and beverage trucks, with proceeds benefiting the association. - ➤ SpaceX launched 27 new Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral early Monday at 1:58 a.m.—the Falcon 9 booster later landed on a droneship in the Atlantic after a delay from Sunday. WFTV 9
- ➤ SpaceX and Axiom are set to launch two rockets on Wednesday, June 25. Axiom Space’s Ax-4 mission will launch at 2:31 a.m. ET from Kennedy Space Center with a Falcon 9 rocket while a second SpaceX mission carrying Starlink satellites is scheduled from Cape Canaveral between 12:33 p.m. and 5:03 p.m. ET — local beachgoers may see the launches if weather permits.
