Good morning, Melbourne.

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch three broadband satellites at 2:39 a.m. ET on Wednesday, June 17 from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral — visible from local areas if weather permits.

SpaceX went public on June 12 (making many workers millionaires) and continues to fire Falcon 9 rockets nearly twice per week from Cape Canaveral.

The company is building work on Pad 39A and a Gigabay at Kennedy Space Center to support its Starship tests and future missions.

Melbourne's The Landing Rooftop (celebrating America's 250th birthday) is hosting an exclusive party today that offers panoramic views of the city, river and ocean while marking a historic milestone.

Local anglers in Melbourne are exploring how fishing gear made for saltwater can handle both salt and freshwater conditions.
