  • Florida Tech will offer four master’s degree programs at Patrick Space Force Base with eight-week hybrid classes for military and civilian personnel starting this fall. The university plans to expand course options based on demand (accreditation is expected this summer).  Florida Today

  • SpaceX will launch Starlink satellites from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral today between 7:45 a.m. and 12:16 p.m.—viewers along the Space Coast may catch the liftoff if weather conditions allow.  Florida Today
  • Today, Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey, Attorney General James Uthmeier, and state law enforcement officials reaffirmed Florida's law and order approach on illegal immigration by announcing the appointment of Anthony Coker as the first ICE liaison officer. Officials also introduced a new statewide program to protect ICE agents & their families from doxing.  Space Coast Daily

  • Melbourne police warn parents after the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported five pediatric heatstroke deaths from children left in hot cars this year.
