HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Orlando Health is closing Rockledge Hospital on April 22 due to its poor condition, which will leave a gap in emergency care for Central Brevard residents. Health First (the county's largest health care provider) plans to open two free-standing emergency departments by 2027 and expand bed capacity at some hospitals to help fill the gap while community partners work on additional solutions for timely care.
