A Holiday Sound Bath & Aromatherapy Experience

Step away from the rush of the holiday season and enter an evening created around peace, warmth, gratitude, joy, and renewal.

Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight , you’ll settle into a deeply relaxing sound experience combining crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, bells, meditation, and the beautiful scents of the season.

Throughout the evening, different aromas will be introduced to complement the sound and intention of the experience. You may encounter scents such as Frankincense for sacredness and grounding, evergreen for connection to nature, sweet orange and cinnamon for warmth and joy, and peppermint for clarity and renewal.

As the bowls and gentle sounds move through the room, you’ll be guided through three simple reflections:

Something I am grateful for.

Something I am ready to leave behind.

Something I am ready to welcome in.

Write it down. Breathe it in. Allow the sound, scent, and stillness to create space for something new.

We’ll weave subtle touches of familiar holiday-inspired sounds and bells into the experience while keeping the evening peaceful, meditative, and deeply restorative.

This isn’t about adding one more thing to your holiday schedule.

It’s about giving yourself two hours to simply receive.

Come get comfortable, close your eyes, breathe in the scents of the season, and allow yourself to reconnect with the feelings we sometimes lose in the busyness of the holidays:

What to bring:

Bring anything to help you feel comfortable. You will lay or sit throughout the meditation. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are available but limited.

About the facilitator:

Shannon Davis (Apu) is a shamanic practitioner and medicine woman within the Peruvian (Inca) Q'ero lineage. She combines her spiritual practice with a professional background as a Registered Nurse (RN) and is certified in Reiki and vibrational energy healing techniques.

A natural intuitive, clairvoyant, and empathic healer, Shannon follows her passion for assisting others as they step into their own power and healing.

Shannon has been a guest speaker for several healing conventions , as well as for live radio and podcast interviews and in magazine articles . Her goal is to bring light and love to the world and to touch everyone she meets with beauty, inspiring them to find their path of healing.

Shannon is dedicated to helping clients heal on all levels: emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical. Through her private practice, she provides shamanic healing and integrates the medicine wheel technique into her life and business coaching. She has developed many of the classes offered at The Chacana Spiritual Center, including the Death Doula program, "Sacred Fire, Sacred Altar," and "The Medicine Wheel." She has also adapted all Shamanic teachings as passed down by elders to ensure they are accessible to her students. As the Head Teacher at Chacana, she works closely with each student for two years, mentoring them through their apprenticeship to ensure they reach their full potential as healers.

Shannon is the owner of The Chacana Spiritual Center in Melbourne, Florida, a healing center focused on community education, wellness, and holistic health across the mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical levels.

Tickets are nonrefundable but are transferable to another class taught by the same teacher if the Chacana Spiritual Center is notified 24 hours or more prior to the start of the event/class. We will get back to you via text, email, message, or phone as soon as possible.
