Reggae Yoga Flow

About this event

Johnny's classes often focus on the subtle body, using postures and flows to increase prana movement and balance of the energetic systems housed in the physical body. Classes will weave through strengthening, building flexibility, and meditation through movement, mixing in qi gong and psychology, classes act as a cleanse of body, mind, and spirit. Tailored for all levels, classes are often set to mellow reggae music and can be humorous, exploratory, and inviting. Cost: $15.00 or Yoga Membership (10 classes for $85, or 20 classes for $150) Pre-registration is recommended.
 Please bring your own mat. (Yoga mats & props are also available for sale in our store)
