About this event
Playful introduction to the practice of yoga and mindfulness for ages 5-10. In this 45 minute class, we will practice Breath, Balance, Focus, Flexibility, Strength, Confidence, and Connection. Time: 3:00 - 3:45 pm Cost: $15.00 or Yoga Membership (10 classes for $85, or 20 classes for $150) (Children can share parent's membership) Pre-registration is recommended . Please bring your own mat. (Yoga mats & props are also available for sale in our store)
