That is exactly what The Table is.

Beginning May 3rd, Emmanuel Melbourne is launching a brand new weekly service every Sunday morning at 8:30am. It is stripped down. No frills. No fanfare. Just thirty intentional minutes designed to give you something peaceful and pure before your week begins.

Here is what thirty minutes at The Table looks like:

The sanctuary is calm, meditative music is playing in the background, the kind that slows your breathing and quiets the noise you carried in. Then Pastor Steve will give an abbreviated message of what will be preached at 10:30 blended worship. Just something simple that you can easily carry into your week and share with those you encounter. And every Sunday, we close with communion together at the table. Open. Unhurried. For everyone.

That last part matters. Communion every week is rare. And there is something quietly powerful about ending thirty minutes of stillness by remembering together why any of this matters in the first place.

Who is The Table for?

If you have been attending Emmanuel for years and you are craving something a little slower and more intimate, The Table is for you. If you are brand new and the idea of a full Sunday service feels like a lot right now, The Table is a perfect place to start. If you just need thirty minutes to breathe before your Sunday really gets going, pull up a chair. If you are on the 10:30 serve team and you need to connect closly with God so that you can bring his fresh peace and love to those who will come through the door this is for you!

No dress code. No insider language. No expectation that you have it all together.

Just a smaller crowd, a quiet room, and a seat with your name on it.
