About this event
Yoga is for EveryBODY! For beginners and those who like to keep it basic. You will be instructed and supported in learning about foundation poses, proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques and meditation. Cost: $15.00 or Yoga Membership (10 classes for $85, or 20 classes for $150) Pre-registration is recommended. Please bring your own mat. (Yoga mats & props are also available for sale in our store)
