Join us for an informative and engaging session on Mental Health Awareness – led by Angelika Keane , UF/IFAS Extension – designed for seniors and their families. This presentation will explore how to better help yourself and those around you through heightened mental health awareness..

Let’s gain practical strategies, learn about available community resources, and discover ways families can support one another in maintaining a healthy and fulfilling quality of life. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in this important conversation about overall well-being.

The Session is hosted by Helping Seniors Executive Director Kerry Fink and offers a great morning out filled with great information, some tasty snacks and door prizes too.
