About this event

Instructor, Ellen Cameron is a senior disciple of Yoga Gupta (Swami Kailashanda) since 1976. In addition to teaching yoga for 35 years, Ellen is a registered nurse specializing in rehabilitation. Her intimate knowledge of anatomy & physiology and intuitive awareness has assisted her in communicating both the physical and psychological benefits of Yoga. Ellen's experience allows her to modify asana to the students’ ability so they get the benefits of the practice without strain. This multi-level Hatha Yoga class is for beginners and intermediates. Cost: $15.00 or Yoga Membership (10 classes for $85, or 20 classes for $150) Pre-registration is recommended.   Please bring your own mat. (Yoga mats & props are also available for sale in our store)
