This hour-long class is perfect for anyone looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves of Zumba® at a lower-intensity. Active older adults and anyone reentering the fitness world are welcome to participate. Please wear exercise clothes, athletic shoes, bring water, and a towel. Cost is $5 per class.
