Tuesday nights are for letting it go.

This is a weekly Somatic Activated Healing class where we move what the week handed us: the stress, the tension, the stuff you can’t quite name. Through breathwork, shaking, guided movement, dance, and stillness, you’ll leave feeling lighter and more like yourself.

No dance experience needed. This is about feeling, not performing. Come as you are.
